Subject Overview
One of the twelve founding kingdoms of the Ethian Empire, Avi-da has long been recognized for its diplomacy, military leadership, and agricultural prosperity. Governed by House Nador from River Palace on the capital world of Darat, the Kingdom has earned a reputation for measured leadership, political stability, and service beyond its own borders.
Although respected for its fertile worlds and quiet influence, Avi-da is perhaps best known as the traditional home of the Supreme Commander of the Vanguard, placing the Kingdom at the center of the Empire’s collective defense.

Public Historical Record
Since joining Emperor Tavereus Zahn during the founding of the Imperial Era, Avi-da has remained one of the Empire’s most influential kingdoms. Throughout its history, the Kingdom has balanced diplomacy with military readiness while expanding settlements across the Outer Reach and supplying agricultural exports throughout the Empire.
Governed by House Nador, Avi-da has become closely associated with service, responsibility, and measured leadership. River Palace continues to host diplomatic gatherings and military conferences, while Vega Prime serves as headquarters for the Vanguard’s unified command.
Archive Annotation
Although Avi-da is widely recognized for its military leadership, Imperial historians often attribute the Kingdom’s lasting influence to its tradition of service. Through diplomacy, agricultural stewardship, and frontier expansion, House Nador has cultivated a reputation for placing stability above ambition.
